Laura – Designer & Space Planning Expert

If you’ve ever wondered how a room could flow better, Laura is the reason our layouts feel intuitive. She’s our space-planning guru — someone who can walk into a room and instantly see the most functional, beautiful version of it.

She loves earthy taupe cabinet colors, coffee in the morning, Bubbl’r in the afternoon, weekends spent biking or painting, and helping homeowners turn impossible-feeling spaces into something that finally works. One thing she wants every homeowner to know?

“Plan it out first! You can update your space and stay on budget — even if that means doing it in stages.”

Laura also creates the digital design boards and visual concepts our clients love. She’s been passionate about interior design since high school, and it shows in every project she touches.

Brad – Lead Carpenter & Builder

If it needs to be built, problem-solved, or installed with precision, Brad is your guy. After 15 years as a metal fabricator, he brought his talent for hands-on craftsmanship to MeshedDesigns — and now he builds everything from custom fireplace surrounds to built-ins to benches and more.

He’s known for his humor, his Friday lunch enthusiasm, and his very honest blooper moment:
“I once messed up over $800 worth of butcher block tops in two days. You either laugh… or you quit. I stayed.”

Brad’s favorite part of the job?
“Making people love their space.”

And on the weekends? He’s usually at a demolition derby or racing with his wife and boys.

Emma – Finishing Assistant & Tile Enthusiast

Emma is newer to the renovation world — but she jumped in with both feet and hasn’t looked back. She’s quickly becoming our tile-grouting go-to, loves painting, and keeps our job sites running smoothly.

Her favorite part about working at Meshed?
“We’re basically a family.”

She loves hanging out with friends, fishing, hitting the beach with her dog, or grabbing Dairy Queen after work. Her advice for homeowners?

And yes, she once fell asleep in her truck during lunch break. It happens.

Sarah – Workshop Coordinator & Finish Specialist

If you’ve admired the gorgeous finishes in any of our kitchens, bathrooms, or built-ins… that’s probably Sarah’s work.

She manages our workshop, coordinates projects, and is our queen of the spray booth. Her favorite jobsite tasks are painting and laying tile — and she loves watching a project transform from start to finish.

Gabby – Project Assistant & Finish Specialist in the Making

We’re so excited to welcome Gabby to the MeshedDesigns team!

Gabby’s love for renovation and carpentry started early, she grew up helping her dad with hands-on projects, and that experience sparked a passion that continues to shape her work today. She brings a great mix of curiosity, work ethic, and enthusiasm to every job site, and she’s quickly becoming a natural when it comes to detailed finish work.

On the job, Gabby is usually fueled by a good cup of coffee or an Alani Energy Drink and is already loving getting her hands dirty with painting and tiling, two of her favorite tasks so far. She’s eager to learn, not afraid to try new skills, and always willing to jump in wherever help is needed, which makes her an incredible asset to the team.

Outside of work, Gabby loves staying active. Whether she’s playing volleyball or spending time outdoors soaking up fresh air, she brings that same energy and positivity back to the job site each day.

Amber – Founder, Designer, & Visionary Behind MeshedDesigns

And last but definitely not least… meet Amber — the heart behind MeshedDesigns.

Amber is the founding owner, chief creative, systems-lover, and the person who dreamed this business into existence. She has always wanted to be an entrepreneur, and MeshedDesigns became the perfect blend of everything she loves: business, organization, renovation, design, and helping families feel truly at home in their homes.

Fun facts? She’s equal parts nerd and redneck, with a barn full of treasures from her “picking” adventures. She collects old windows and barn ladders, loves 80’s Chevy trucks, and has a soft spot for demolition derby cars. She’s a deep thinker, but she’s also the first to follow a gut instinct — and that mix of intuition + grit is exactly how MeshedDesigns has grown into what it is today.
