For straightforward projects, we can provide detailed estimates or at a minimum a preliminary investment range without a consultation.
Most remodels, especially kitchens, bathrooms, and projects involving layout or finish coordination, we begin with a consultation or Design & Planning Phase to ensure accuracy before pricing.
What is the purpose of the consultation?
The consultation determines project feasibility and establishes a realistic investment range before moving forward.
It allows us to understand your space, goals, and scope so we can guide you toward the right next step.
Why don’t you provide detailed quotes upfront?
Accurate pricing requires alignment on layout, materials, and scope.
Rather than guessing or revising estimates multiple times, we use a structured process to ensure clarity before construction begins.
What happens during the consultation?
We meet in your home to review your space, discuss your goals, take measurements, and talk through scope and investment expectations.
This is your time to ask all of the questions!
What happens after the consult?
Our team curates the deliverables per the Tier of Consult you selected. You'll receive all documents digitally via email with the next steps to begin your project.
What if I book a consultation and my project requires a Design & Planning Phase?
That’s completely okay, and more common than you might think!
During your consultation, we evaluate your space, goals, and project complexity. If your project requires layout coordination, cabinetry planning, or detailed finish selections, we’ll guide you into our Design & Planning Phase as the next step.
