Spring Cleaning and Organization Tips from MeshedDesigns

When I think about the holidays, it’s never the Pinterest-perfect tablescapes or matching pajamas that come to mind first. It’s the real stuff—the laughter echoing from the kitchen, the smell of something baking (even if it’s totally from a box), and that unmistakable feeling of being surrounded by your people.

What this means to our family

For us, “home” this time of year isn’t about more.
It’s about meaning.

In our own family, we’ve stepped away from gifts for extended family. Instead, we trade presents for presence—trips, dinners together, and traditions that leave us laughing until we cry. (And yes… if you’ve never played the oven-mitt-wrapped-ball game, add it to your holiday list. Truly a 10/10 experience. 😂)

So this season, I’m leaning fully into cozy.
Not store-bought cozy, but the kind of cozy that lives in memory, texture, and time spent together. The kind that makes you exhale when you walk through the door.

And that’s exactly what inspired our newest digital magazine, Home for the Holidays.
