This picture highlights a kitchen ready for a new layout and refresh. It presents a little dark, and could use brightening. There is a peninsula that makes an L that could be changed.
This fireplace is functional but in need of a refresh especially to be cohesive with the rest of the updates happening in the home. Currently, the surround has more of a mosaic tile look.

This kitchen is magazine worthy. Featuring beautiful finishes, some open shelving for visual interest, unique lighting and completely new layout.
This fireplace went from having a more modern tile surround to a painted black brick with a natural wood mantle. The look matches the rest of the finishes and color schemes of the home.

Project Recap

Sometimes the most meaningful transformations come from a collection of thoughtful updates rather than a full renovation. This project is a perfect example of how strategic changes throughout a home can completely refresh the look and feel of a space—without altering the layout or doing a major demo.

Our team began by repainting the interior, instantly brightening and modernizing the home. To add architectural interest, we installed board and batten in two areas, creating subtle character and depth. In the kitchen, a new backsplash and a full cabinetry paint transformation helped bring a fresh, cohesive look to the space.

The bathrooms were updated with new vanity tops, faucets, and accessories, along with updated shower fixtures to tie everything together. In the living area, we created a stone fireplace that became an immediate focal point and elevated the entire room.

To complete the transformation, we painted the front door, garage door, and all the trim, and replaced every interior door throughout the home.

This project is a reminder that you don’t always need to gut a space to fall back in love with it. With the right combination of updates, a home can feel entirely new while still honoring the way it already functions.
