Phase 1 of this kitchen project focused on enhancing what was already working and elevating the space with thoughtful, intentional updates. The kitchen had great bones, so rather than a full overhaul, this phase was all about refinement—bringing in lighter finishes, improved flow, and a more cohesive overall look.

To achieve this transformation, we:

• Painted the existing cabinetry to instantly brighten and refresh the space

• Updated the countertops and backsplash for a clean, timeless foundation

• Installed new cabinet hardware to add subtle character and polish

• Reworked the refrigerator opening and vent hood to better fit the scale and layout of the kitchen

These strategic changes may feel small on their own, but together they created a noticeable shift in both function and visual impact. This phase proves that smart layout adjustments paired with the right finishes can completely change how a kitchen feels—without starting from scratch.
