The first thing you’ll notice? Custom pull-out laundry hampers that make sorting a breeze. We designed these drawers to house separate bins behind cabinetry—no visual clutter, no tripping over baskets. This upgrade alone transformed the way the space functions day to day.
Above the hampers, we installed durable counters for folding and built-in cabinet kitchen-style uppers for concealed storage. Whether it's bulk detergent or seasonal items, everything has a place—and stays hidden.

Bright, Minimal, and Highly Functional
A crisp white palette, subtle arched tile backsplash, and matte black hardware help this laundry room feel fresh and timeless. The sink area features a compact utility basin with a marbled quartz-look countertop that ties into the rest of the home’s finishes.
Floating upper cabinetry offers easy access to frequently used items while maintaining visual balance. The whole space feels clean but never sterile—exactly what the Schmitz family was after.
