 This room was the catch all drop zone as an office and area for kids' sports equipment before the homeowner started working from home. And, as you can see it did not scream joy and productivity…

It all started with a sketch laying out the furniture to scale and the requirements were to have a large desk and somewhere to hide bats, golf clubs, shoes, etc.  So, we opted for custom furniture in the space and it not only allowed us to utilize the entire room by maximizing the build measurements it also provided high quality 100% wood construction for durability in the years to come.

By placing the locker system on the back wall it ensured that the equipment didn't get set right in the walkway. It's now nicely tucked behind doors for a clean fresh look.  Then, positioning the desk to face the window was the best utilization of the space allowing for a large desk with storage on both ends. Plus, now the homeowner can see outside and enjoy the view of these beautiful days.
