This picture highlights a kitchen ready for a new layout and refresh. It presents a little dark, and could use brightening. There is a peninsula that makes an L that could be changed.
This fireplace is functional but in need of a refresh especially to be cohesive with the rest of the updates happening in the home. Currently, the surround has more of a mosaic tile look.
This entry way had a fun look but the homeowner was ready for something new.

This kitchen is magazine worthy. Featuring beautiful finishes, some open shelving for visual interest, unique lighting and completely new layout.
This fireplace went from having a more modern tile surround to a painted black brick with a natural wood mantle. The look matches the rest of the finishes and color schemes of the home.
Board and batten is a simple way to add a design element to a room - this looks wonderful in the entry way!

We completed a variety of updates for this wonderful home - it's stunning!

Multi-Room Renovation

This project is a prime example of one thing leads to another, but in a great way! We’ve gotten the entire main floor of this home updated and it’s oh so good. It all started with a kitchen revamp, there was a peninsula that made the space feel very closed off so the main task was to remove it, relocate the dishwasher, and reuse the granite to create longer perimeter cabinetry with open shelving above.

We added contemporary crown molding and tiled to the ceiling bringing the eye up and making the whole space feel grand. After getting the flooring installed the homeowner felt the golden maple wasn’t quite right so we painted all of the pedestrian doors black and updated their hardware.

My favorite design element is the island with the drawer microwave, extra large full extension drawers and waterfall countertop. A great design element how this overall project came together was we used the same combination of finishes throughout.

It’s key to pick 3 colors and keep them going for a cohesive look. For example, the island is black along with the interior doors. The door casing is the same white as the cabinets. Added board and batten detail to the island seating and side, and end caps of the upper cabinetry and pantry bringing the same look into the entryway. And all fixtures are gold with the extra accent on the appliances.

The lighting is black and gold. Countertops are contrasted with the island quartz having gold veins. Floating shelves mimic the furniture. And the flooring is a neutral that brings it all together.
