Kitchen Refresh: Before & After

Sometimes a kitchen doesn’t need a full remodel—it just needs the right updates.

For this project, we focused on simplifying the layout, updating the color palette, and improving the overall flow. By making a few intentional changes, we were able to create a space that feels more open, functional, and refined.

What We Updated

  • Cabinets painted in Sherwin-Williams Tricorn Black

  • New cabinet hardware for a clean, modern finish

  • Removed the island and the small cabinet next to the refrigerator to improve movement and open up the room

The Result

A brighter, more breathable layout with a bold cabinet color that grounds the space—without the cost or disruption of a full renovation.

Sometimes the best refresh isn’t adding more…it’s knowing what to take away.
